Patched Branch for App

Any changes must be made to the patched_changes (this) branch only if something is less of a patch, and more of a core functionality you can request this from the haveno core team.

Explaination of changes

1. Changed protocol serialization from 'A' to 'X' to indicate a clear significant change in structure
2. Changes the daemon to be a shadowJar instead
